CrossChem Antifreeze VCS Long Life is a premium-class, ready-to-use coolant based on the highest-quality ethylene glycol, also known as MEG. The product is designed to provide long-term protection for modern petrol and diesel engine cooling systems against freezing, overheating, corrosion and damage to cooling system components.

Antifreeze VCS Long Life provides protection against freezing at temperatures down to –36 °C and helps maintain stable cooling system operation at elevated temperatures of up to +107 °C. The product is pre-mixed and ready to use, so no additional dilution with water is required. This reduces the risk of incorrect mixing and ensures the required level of protection immediately after the product is added to the system.

The effective and balanced corrosion inhibitor package based on OAT, or Organic Acid Technology, helps provide long-lasting protection against corrosion and damage. The product supports efficient heat transfer, a stable engine operating temperature and optimal cooling system performance under various operating conditions.

Antifreeze VCS Long Life is especially suitable for the cooling systems of modern passenger cars, commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, agricultural machinery, construction equipment and industrial machinery requiring a high-performance, long-life coolant.

The product contains ethylene glycol, corrosion inhibitors, demineralised water and colourant.

Directions for use

The product is ready to use. Before filling, make sure that VCS Long Life antifreeze meets the requirements specified by the vehicle or equipment manufacturer.

Add the product to the cooling system in accordance with the vehicle or equipment manufacturer’s instructions. Do not add water, as the product has already been prepared at the required concentration.

Do not mix with other coolants unless their chemical compatibility has been confirmed. When replacing a coolant of unknown origin or based on a different technology, it is recommended to drain and flush the cooling system completely.

Only open the cooling system when the engine is switched off and has cooled down completely. A hot system may be under pressure and may present a risk of burns.

Harmful if swallowed. Do not breathe product mist or vapours. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Do not eat, drink or smoke while using this product.

Wear suitable protective gloves and eye or face protection. If the product enters the eyes, rinse cautiously with clean water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do, then continue rinsing.

If swallowed, rinse the mouth and immediately contact a doctor or poison information centre. Do not induce vomiting unless instructed to do so by a medical professional.

Keep out of reach of children and animals. Store in the tightly closed original container in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place.
