Universal surface cleaner (750 ml)

A universal, ready-to-use cleaner and degreaser for the daily care of various washable surfaces. The product effectively helps remove dirt from plastic, wood, wood-like materials, laminate and other surfaces resistant to cleaning agents.

Its concentrated formula ensures economical use, while its antistatic properties help reduce the repeated accumulation of dust. After cleaning, the product leaves a fresh citrus fragrance. The product is a yellow liquid, fully soluble in water and intended for professional use.

Suitable for plastic surfaces; wood and wood-like surfaces; laminated surfaces; furniture; tables; shelves; doors; windowsills and other washable surfaces. The product is ready to use and does not require dilution. Spray the cleaner directly onto the surface to be cleaned or onto a microfiber cloth, then wipe the surface thoroughly. Repeat the process if the desired cleaning result has not been achieved. Before first use, it is recommended to test the product on a small, less visible area of the surface.

Product composition: Less than 5% non-ionic surfactants; EDTA and its salts; less than 5% fragrance composition. The product also contains less than 3% C9–C11 fatty alcohol ethoxylate, less than 1% tetrasodium EDTA, less than 1% ethanol, less than 1% 2-butoxyethanol, less than 0.5% sodium silicate, less than 0.5% sodium hydroxide and less than 0.5% D-limonene.

ACTIVE FOAM for contactless washing (1L)

For professional use only! Concentrated liquid alkaline agent for initial and thorough contactless washing, cleaning and degreasing of motor vehicles, aircraft, helicopters, tanks and ships. The product can also be used for cleaning other very dirty and greasy surfaces. The product is suitable for use in washing halls, warehouses, structures, floor cleaning, walls, ceilings and roofs. Cleans and refreshes dirty surfaces. The product has strong cleaning, washing and degreasing properties. Foams effectively even at low concentrations. Easy to rinse. Contains a special combination of surfactants and complexing agents, which provides a strong cleaning effect on the surfaces to be cleaned and provides a glossy effect on the cleaned surface. The product is intended for use on surfaces that are resistant to water, alkalis and detergents. The product is suitable for use in the following systems: spraying, pressure washing systems, foam washing.

INGREDIENTS:

Sodium hydroxide, Anionic surfactants 5-15%; Non-ionic surfactants <5%, EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) and its salts <5%.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Depending on the degree of dirt, dilute the product with lukewarm water in the following ratio: -When using a foam gun from 1:1 to 1:5; -Spray washing: from 1:10 to 1:40; -Pressure washing system from 1:1 to 1:50; -Hand washing: 1:100 to 1:200. The product should be used in the form of a diluted water solution. Using a sprayer, foam gun, or with a sponge soaked in the prepared product, apply the prepared solution to the surface to be cleaned, from top to the bottom. Wait approximately 1-2 minutes and let the product take effect. Do not allow the product to dry on the surfaces of the vehicle or machinery. Then rinse the surface thoroughly with a water jet. Important! The product is prohibited to be used in direct sunlight or when the surface to be washed is hot!. Good ventilation must be ensured in closed rooms. Use on surfaces that are resistant to water and alkaline detergents.

Store the product in its original packaging, tightly closed, in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other sources of ignition. Do not smoke. Keep out of reach of children! Storage temperature: from +5 °C to +35 °C. Hand Wash Antibacterial (750ml)

Liquid product for hygienic hand washing and disinfection. The product is intended for professional use only in agricultural and food industry companies, as well as in catering kitchens.

It helps dissolve and emulsify fats and proteins, does not leave a strong fragrance, and has bactericidal and fungicidal properties. The lanolin and glycerine contained in the formula help moisturise the skin of the hands. The product has hygienic hand disinfection properties in accordance with PN-EN 12054:1995 and PN-EN 1499:2000. Product type: Product Type 1 – biocidal products intended for human hygiene. Biocidal formulation type: liquid.

Directions for use: for hygienic hand washing and disinfection, take approximately 2 ml of the product and rub it thoroughly into the hands for 60 seconds, allowing the product to act. After hand disinfection, rinse the hands with drinking water.

Product composition: less than 5% anionic surfactants; less than 5% non-ionic surfactants; less than 5% amphoteric surfactants; active substance – D-gluconic acid, compound with N,N″-bis(4-chlorophenyl)-3,12-diimino-2,4,11,13-tetraazatetradecanediamidine (2:1), CHDG – 1.5 g/100 g, equivalent to 1.5%; CAS No. 18472-51-0; EC No. 242-354-0; lanolin; glycerine.

In case of contact with eyes, immediately rinse cautiously with running water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally lifting the upper and lower eyelids to ensure thorough rinsing. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. After rinsing with water, the eyes may additionally be rinsed with a sterile 0.9% NaCl eye-rinsing solution. If irritation, redness or excessive blinking persists, immediately contact emergency medical services or an ophthalmologist. If swallowed, rinse the mouth with plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting. Keep the affected person warm and try to prevent shock. If the person is conscious, give them plenty of water to drink. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Contact emergency medical services immediately. If inhaled, while ensuring your own safety, move the affected person to fresh air and away from the source of exposure. If breathing is difficult, irregular or has stopped, provide artificial respiration or oxygen in accordance with the first aider’s level of competence. If symptoms persist or new symptoms occur, call emergency medical services immediately.

Laundry Gel (5L)

WashUp GEL is a concentrated laundry detergent gel for the pre-washing and main washing of white and coloured cotton and blended fabrics. The product helps dissolve and remove grease, oil and other everyday dirt while helping protect fabric colours during washing and reduce the greying of fabrics.

The gel is suitable for various types of washing machines and professional laundry equipment. It can be used at temperatures from 30 °C to 90 °C. The product is not suitable for washing wool or delicate fabrics.

Suitable for: white laundry; coloured laundry; cotton fabrics; blended fabrics; pre-washing; main washing; professional and household washing equipment.

Directions for use: The recommended amount of product depends on the degree of soiling, water hardness and the type of fabric being washed. General dosage recommendation: 30–60 ml of product per 1 kg of dry laundry. Recommended washing temperature: 30–90 °C.

For heavily soiled laundry, additional washing aids may be required. In professional environments, the use of an automatic dosing system is recommended for accurate dosing. Always follow the garment care label and the washing machine manufacturer’s instructions.

TruckMaster 440 Mobile Diesel Tank with BP3000 12V Pump

The Kingspan TruckMaster 440 L is a robust mobile diesel fuel storage, transport and dispensing tank designed for refuelling machinery, equipment and vehicles directly at the place of work. It is particularly suitable for construction sites, agriculture, forestry, grounds maintenance, industrial operations, service fleets and other professional environments where machinery needs to be supplied with diesel away from a conventional filling station.

The 440-litre capacity provides a practical fuel supply for day-to-day professional use while maintaining dimensions suitable for transportation in commercial vehicles, trailers and other appropriate transport platforms. The low-profile rectangular design makes efficient use of cargo space and helps keep the centre of gravity relatively low during transportation.

The tank body is manufactured from durable polyethylene designed to withstand demanding working environments. The material is resistant to corrosion, weather exposure and UV radiation and provides good resistance to mechanical impact during normal professional use. The tank is designed as a single-wall mobile diesel storage and dispensing unit.

The TruckMaster 440 L is equipped with a BP3000 12 V electric diesel pump for transferring fuel directly from the tank to the machinery being refuelled. The pump is powered from a suitable 12 V electrical source and is connected using a power cable with battery clamps. Depending on the exact BP3000 configuration supplied, the maximum fuel delivery rate can reach approximately 50 litres per minute.

The actual fuel delivery rate may vary depending on the electrical supply voltage, battery condition, hose position, fuel temperature, diesel viscosity and resistance within the receiving fuel system. The stated maximum flow rate therefore represents pump performance under suitable operating conditions and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed delivery rate in every situation.

Fuel is delivered through an approximately 4-metre flexible dispensing hose, allowing convenient access to the fuel tank of construction machinery, tractors, generators and other diesel-powered equipment. The system is equipped with an automatic dispensing nozzle designed to stop the fuel flow when the receiving tank reaches the nozzle shut-off level, helping reduce the risk of overfilling.

The operator must supervise the entire refuelling process even when using the automatic dispensing nozzle. The nozzle must not be left unattended because its automatic shut-off function can be affected by the shape and position of the filler neck, nozzle angle and fuel flow conditions.

The tank incorporates a dedicated equipment compartment beneath the protective upper lid, allowing the pump, hose and dispensing nozzle to remain protected during transportation and storage. The lid is supported by gas struts and can be secured against unauthorised access using a suitable padlock. The dispensing equipment remains conveniently accessible when the lid is opened.

The TruckMaster 440 L incorporates an automatic ventilation system that allows pressure inside the tank to equalise during filling and fuel dispensing. A shut-off valve allows the fuel line to be closed when necessary, while the filler opening provides convenient access when the tank itself is being filled.

The body includes integrated forklift pockets, allowing the empty tank to be handled with suitable lifting equipment. Certain configurations may also be equipped with lifting shackles or dedicated lifting points. Any lifting accessories must only be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and their specified load limits.

The approximate dimensions of the TruckMaster 440 L are 1,150 mm in length, 800 mm in width and 765 mm in height, with an empty weight of approximately 64 kg. When filled with 440 litres of diesel fuel, the total operating weight increases considerably. The weight of both the tank and its contents must therefore be taken into account when selecting a vehicle, trailer, lifting method and load-securing equipment.

The TruckMaster 440 L is designed for diesel fuel. It must not be used for petrol, AdBlue®, water, chemicals or other liquids unless the manufacturer specifically confirms that the relevant tank version and dispensing equipment are suitable for that medium.

Before using the tank, the operator must inspect the tank body, filler cap, ventilation components, fuel hose, automatic dispensing nozzle, pump, power cable, battery clamps, valves and connections for visible damage or leakage. The tank must be positioned securely and, where possible, on a stable and level surface before dispensing begins.

To dispense fuel, the pump must be connected to a suitable 12 V power source in accordance with the operating instructions. The dispensing nozzle must then be inserted securely into the receiving fuel tank before the pump is switched on. The operator must supervise the refuelling process at all times. After dispensing, the pump must be switched off, the electrical connection disconnected correctly and the hose and nozzle returned to their designated storage area.

Any diesel spilled during filling or dispensing must be collected immediately using suitable absorbent material. The tank must not be operated near open flames, sparks, hot surfaces or other ignition sources, and smoking is prohibited during fuel transfer.

During transport, the tank must be secured so that it cannot slide, overturn or collide with other objects. The lid must be closed, the hose and dispensing nozzle must be properly stored, and the electrical cable must be protected against mechanical damage. The load-securing equipment used must be suitable for the total mass of the filled tank.

The transport of diesel fuel remains subject to applicable dangerous-goods, occupational safety, fire safety and environmental requirements. Certain professional transport operations may qualify for exemptions or simplified requirements under ADR 1.1.3.1(c), depending on how and why the fuel is being transported. This does not constitute a general exemption from legal obligations, and the operator and carrier remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all requirements applicable to the specific transport operation.

RUST Cleaner, universal oil (400 ml)

CrossChem RUST CLEANER is a multifunctional aerosol product designed to loosen rusted connections and clean, lubricate and protect metal components. The product penetrates rust-affected areas, helps break down rust and releases seized bolts, nuts, hinges, locks and other moving mechanisms.

It simultaneously cleans, lubricates and helps protect metal parts against moisture and further corrosion. The product is suitable for use on cars, motorcycles, bicycles, boats, household appliances, workshop equipment, tools and various metal mechanisms. CrossChem RUST CLEANER is a practical solution for professional use in workshops and service centres, as well as for everyday maintenance and repair work at home.

Directions for use

Before use, clean and degrease the surface to be treated. Shake the can thoroughly. Hold the can approximately 15–25 cm away from the component or mechanism and spray the product evenly onto the rusted area. Allow the product to work for 5–10 minutes so that it can penetrate and loosen the rusted connection. Then wipe the component with a clean cloth or proceed with the required repair work. Repeat the treatment if necessary on heavily rusted parts. Before applying the product to painted, plastic or other sensitive surfaces, test it first on a small, inconspicuous area.

Composition

Penetrating oils more than 30%, aliphatic hydrocarbons more than 30%, corrosion inhibitors, mineral spirit, butane, propane, non-ionic surfactants less than 5% and nonanoic acid.

Store in the tightly closed original container in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place at a temperature between –5 °C and +30 °C. Protect from direct sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding +50 °C. Do not store inside a vehicle. Keep at a safe distance from heat, fire, sparks and other ignition sources. An explosive vapour-air mixture may form in poorly ventilated areas.
