For hand disinfection DR. MANUDerm (5 L)

Liquid solution for hygienic hand washing and disinfection – DR MANUDERM. For professional use only in agriculture and the food industry! A liquid solution (soap) for hygienic hand washing and disinfection, intended for use in agricultural and food industry enterprises, as well as public catering kitchens. The product dissolves and emulsifies fats and proteins, leaves no odor, has bactericidal and fungicidal properties, and contains compounds that moisturize the skin. The product has hygienic hand disinfection properties in accordance with PN-NE 12054:1995 and PL-EN 1499:2000.

Product usage: 1. Product type – intended for human hygiene. Biocidal preparation type: liquid. Composition: Anionic surfactant <5%; Non-ionic surfactant <5%; Amphoteric surfactant <5%; Active substance: D-gluconic acid, compound with N,N″-bis(4-chlorophenyl)-3,12-diimino-2,4,11,13-tetraazatetradecanediamidine (2:1) (CHDG) (CAS No.: 18472-51-0; EC No.: 242-354-0) 1.5g/100g (W%=1.5%); Lanolin; Glycerin. Store the product in its original, tightly sealed packaging in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Storage temperature: from +5°C to +35°C.

After use, wash hands thoroughly; Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection; IN CASE OF SKIN CONTACT: Wash with plenty of water; If skin irritation occurs: seek medical advice; IN CASE OF EYE CONTACT: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing; Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local and international regulations. Keep out of reach of children!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: HYGIENIC HAND WASHING AND DISINFECTION: Take about 2 ml of the solution, rub it into your hands for 60 seconds and allow it to act. After hand disinfection, rinse hands with potable water.

Emergency first aid instructions: If the product is swallowed, rinse the mouth with a large amount of water. Do not induce vomiting. Keep the body warm and try to prevent shock. If the person is conscious, immediately give them plenty of water to drink. If the person is unconscious, do not give anything to drink. Immediately contact emergency medical services and seek medical assistance. If the product is inhaled: Move the person to fresh air, away from the exposure site. If breathing is difficult, irregular, or has stopped, provide artificial respiration or administer oxygen. If the person is not breathing, perform artificial respiration. In all cases where there is doubt about the person’s condition, or if symptoms persist or worsen, call emergency medical services.

In case of skin contact: Immediately wash the affected area with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing and footwear. If irritation or dryness persists, or if chemical burns occur, seek medical advice. Immediately seek medical assistance, even if symptoms are not yet present. If the person feels unwell, seek medical help.

In case of eye contact: Immediately rinse the eyes with running water. Continue rinsing for at least 15 minutes, occasionally lifting the upper and lower eyelids to ensure thorough flushing. After rinsing with water, rinse again with a physiological (0.9% NaCl) eye wash solution. Remove contact lenses if possible and rinse the eyes again with water. If irritation, redness, or discomfort persists, contact emergency medical services or an ophthalmologist. In case of emergency, call 112 or the Poison and Drug Information Center at (+371) 67042473.

Alcohol-based surface disinfectant – DR MANUSTERIL (5L)

Alcohol-based surface disinfectant – DR MANUSTERIL. For professional use only in agriculture and the food industry! A liquid alcohol-based disinfectant for hygienic surface disinfection, intended for surfaces that come into contact with food as well as those that do not, in agricultural and food industry enterprises and public catering kitchens. The product is used to disinfect alcohol-resistant equipment and furniture surfaces in public and industrial premises. The product has bactericidal and fungicidal effects on surfaces according to PN-EN 13697:2002, virucidal effects according to PN-EN 14476:2007, bactericidal effects according to PN-NE 1276:2010, and hygienic hand disinfection properties according to PN-NE 1500:2002.

Product usage: Type 2 – Disinfectants and algaecides not intended for direct application to humans or animals. Type 4 – Biocides used in food and animal feed areas. Biocidal preparation type: liquid. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: SURFACE DISINFECTION: Spray the product onto the surface so that it evenly covers the disinfected area, allow it to act for at least one (1) minute, and let the alcohols evaporate. After surface disinfection, ventilate the area for at least 10–30 minutes or longer if necessary.

For the disinfection DR. SURFASTERIL DX-15 (25L)

A liquid product intended for the disinfection of washable surfaces with and without contact with food. It has bactericidal, fungicidal, sporicidal, virucidal and cytotoxic effects against ACM. The product can also be used to disinfect non-porous surfaces to maintain veterinary hygiene in places where animals are raised, kept and transported.
The product works effectively at low concentration and temperature. It is safe for the environment and surfaces.
Apply the product to previously washed and degreased surfaces, dilute in clean running water according to the information available on the product label.
After using the product on food contact surfaces, rinse used surfaces and equipment with cold potable water. After spraying or fogging, the room should be ventilated for about 2 hours before use. When fogging, it is recommended to use a support product: DR FOG PLUS.
Store away from low temperatures and direct sunlight, at temperatures between 5 and 35 ̊C. Containers must have original closures and labels. Protect product containers against access by unauthorized persons.
The surfactants contained in the product meet the criteria of biological degradation according to Regulation EC 648/2004 on detergents.

Acid disinfectant DR. Oxy Steril 15 (25L)

A liquid product stabilized on the basis of peracetic acid, intended for the disinfection of surfaces, machines and devices in closed and semi-open CIP systems by spraying and immersion. The product is intended for disinfection of devices and surfaces in food, public catering and food industry premises (PT2), as well as in agricultural enterprises (PT4). It is also intended for quick disinfection of surfaces that come into contact with food and animal feed. Apply the product to previously washed and degreased surfaces, dilute in cold running water according to the instructions on the product label. Rinse surfaces and appliances with cold drinking water after use. Use daily after production ends or every 6 hours during production.
Do not store at low temperatures and in direct sunlight. Storage temperature from 5 to 35 ̊C. Containers must be original and labeled. Protect product containers against access by unauthorized persons.

Acidic cleaning and descaling agent DR. PHOS 30 (25L)

Acidic cleaning and descaling agent that dissolves mineral deposits and proteins from microporous surfaces. A product based on a mixture of phosphorus and nitric acid for washing and descaling cheese and curd molds in tunnel washers. The product moisturizes and protects the surface of the molds against cheese sticking, does not foam during washing. Measurable conductometrically.
Dilute in water and use as directed on the product label. Rinse surfaces and appliances with cold drinking water after use.

Acidic product with cleaning, descaling and disinfecting properties DR. PHOSteril d.25 (25L)

Liquid, acidic product with cleaning, descaling and disinfecting properties for cleaning and disinfecting machines, devices and all washable surfaces. Dissolves limescale and milk deposits. The product has bactericidal and fungicidal properties, but does not damage the device and sealing elements. Designed for use in mobile and central foam washing systems.
Dilute with water according to product label before use. Rinse surfaces and appliances with cold drinking water after use. Do not allow the product to dry on washed surfaces. Use daily after the manufacturing process is complete. Rinses and small amounts of product can be flushed directly into the sewer system.
