Wheel Care Kit by CrossChem

CrossChem WHEEL CARE + WHEEL REACT wheel care kit is a combination of two complementary wheel cleaning products designed for effective care of steel and alloy wheels.

For the most thorough cleaning result, it is recommended to use both products sequentially, as each product targets different types of contamination and performs a specific role in the wheel cleaning process.
The main difference between the two products is their function in the cleaning process: WHEEL CARE is designed to clean and degrease the wheel surface, while WHEEL REACT acts more specifically on metallic particles and stubborn brake-related deposits. Therefore, the most effective result is achieved by using both products one after the other.

It is recommended to use WHEEL CARE first to clean the wheel surface. The product is ready to use. Spray it onto a cleaned, dry wheel surface, allow it to act for 1–2 minutes without allowing the product to dry, and then rinse thoroughly with a strong stream of running water. After rinsing and drying the surface, use WHEEL REACT as the second cleaning step.
Spray it onto a dry wheel surface and allow it to act for 2 to 3 minutes until the characteristic red colour appears, then rinse the treated surface thoroughly with a strong stream of running water. Neither product should be allowed to dry on the surface being cleaned, and they must not be used in direct sunlight or on a hot surface.

WHEEL CARE:
A powerful wheel cleaning and degreasing product designed to remove brake dust, road dirt, grease, lubricants and other everyday contaminants accumulated on wheels. It works as the first cleaning stage, helping to thoroughly clean the wheel surface and prepare it for the next step.

Composition: Sodium hydroxide; EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) and its salts <5%; Non-ionic surfactant <5%; Anionic surfactant <5%; Fragrance and aromatic composition. Safety instructions: DANGER! Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Do not breathe fumes, gas, mist, vapours or spray. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection and face protection. Wash hands thoroughly after use. IF SWALLOWED: rinse mouth. DO NOT induce vomiting. IF ON SKIN (or hair): immediately take off all contaminated clothing and rinse skin with water or shower. IF INHALED: move the affected person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. IF IN EYES: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do, and continue rinsing. Immediately contact a Poison Information Centre or doctor. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local and international regulations.

Storage and shelf life: Store in the original packaging, tightly closed, in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Keep out of reach of children. Storage temperature: from +5 °C to +35 °C. Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture in unopened manufacturer’s packaging. See the packaging for the batch number and date of manufacture. The surfactants contained in the product comply with the biodegradability criteria in accordance with EC Regulation No. 648/2004 on detergents.

WHEEL REACT:
A wheel cleaner with an active formula that reacts with metallic particles and stubborn brake-related deposits present on the wheel surface. During the product’s action, the liquid turns a characteristic red colour, visually indicating that the reaction is taking place.

Composition: Sodium mercaptoacetate; Carboxylates 5–15%; Non-ionic surfactants <5%; Anionic surfactant <5%. Safety instructions: DANGER! Harmful if swallowed. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. The balanced corrosion inhibitor package based on OAT, or Organic Acid Technology, helps protect components made from aluminium, iron, brass, steel and copper alloys while supporting efficient heat transfer and stable cooling system operation.

When mixed with distilled or demineralised water in the appropriate ratio, the concentrate can be used to prepare ready-to-use G11 antifreeze with freezing protection down to –36 °C or –45 °C. The product is suitable for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, trucks and other machinery equipped with compatible liquid cooling systems.

CrossChem Antifreeze G11 complies with the following quality standards: ASTM D3306, BS 6580, CES 14603, CUNA NC 956-16, ANFOR NF R15-601, SAE J 1034, BWB and FSD 8704.

Recommended mixture

Mix the antifreeze concentrate only with distilled water or high-quality demineralised water according to the required freezing protection level and the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions. Do not mix with other coolants unless their chemical compatibility has been confirmed.

Summer windshield washer fluid (4L)

Summer windshield washer fluid is a ready to use product developed for effective cleaning of vehicle windscreens and windows during the summer season. It quickly and thoroughly removes road dust, soot, mud, greasy dirt, oil residues, insects and insect remains, as well as other contaminants that collect on glass surfaces during everyday driving.

Thanks to its unique formula and the anionic and nonionic surfactants in its composition, the fluid provides strong cleaning performance, helping maintain a clear windscreen, good visibility and increased driving safety even in challenging conditions.

Kingspan TrolleyMaster 100L 12V Mobile Diesel Storage and Dispensing tank

The Kingspan TrolleyMaster 100 L is a compact and mobile diesel fuel storage and dispensing system designed for refuelling machinery, equipment and vehicles in locations where stationary fuel dispensing infrastructure is not available.

The tank is suitable for use on construction sites, in agriculture, forestry, grounds maintenance, road maintenance, service centres, repair workshops, equipment rental companies and other professional working environments. It allows up to 100 litres of diesel fuel to be delivered directly to the machinery requiring refuelling, reducing the need to transport the machinery to a filling station.

The tank can be used for refuelling excavators, loaders, tractors, generators, compressors, forklifts, construction machinery, agricultural and forestry equipment, grounds maintenance machinery, boats and other diesel-powered equipment.

The Kingspan TrolleyMaster 100 L is intended for the storage and dispensing of diesel fuel and HVO fuel. The tank must not be used for petrol, AdBlue®, water, food-grade liquids or other substances for which the tank and its dispensing equipment have not been designed.

Durable and Compact Construction

The tank body is manufactured from durable polyethylene, which does not corrode and is suitable for regular professional use. The material provides resistance to weather conditions while maintaining a relatively low empty weight.

The upright construction reduces the amount of space occupied by the tank inside a vehicle, warehouse or working area. The tank is approximately 380 mm long, 440 mm wide and 1,130 mm high.

An ergonomically profiled transport handle and non-slip gripping areas are integrated into the upper section of the tank, providing a more secure grip when pulling, lifting and positioning the tank.

Mobility with Solid Rubber Wheels

The Kingspan TrolleyMaster 100 L is equipped with two solid rubber wheels approximately 250 mm in diameter. These allow the tank to be moved in a similar manner to a hand trolley.

The solid rubber wheels are suitable for movement across asphalt, concrete, paving stones, gravel, compacted soil and other surfaces commonly found in professional working environments. They do not require tyre pressure maintenance and are not vulnerable to the punctures associated with pneumatic tyres.

A tank filled with fuel is considerably heavier than an empty tank. Before moving it, the condition and gradient of the surface, possible obstacles and the operator’s ability to control the tank safely must be assessed.

12 V Electric Diesel Fuel Pump

The tank is equipped with a 12 V electric diesel fuel pump, providing fast and convenient fuel dispensing directly at the worksite.

The pump is powered by an external 12 V battery. The standard equipment includes an electrical cable with battery terminal clamps. An integrated battery is not included, so a suitable external 12 V DC power source must be provided before use.

The actual fuel delivery rate may vary depending on battery voltage and charge level, fuel temperature and viscosity, hose position, the condition of the connections and resistance within the receiving system.

Before switching on the pump, ensure that the electrical cable, battery clamps, pump, hose and all connections are in good technical condition.

Automatic Diesel Fuel Dispensing Nozzle

The standard equipment includes an automatic diesel fuel dispensing nozzle with a swivel connection.

The automatic shut-off function helps stop fuel delivery when the fuel level inside the receiving tank reaches the nozzle shut-off point. This helps reduce the risk of overfilling and diesel fuel spillage.

The swivel connection reduces hose twisting and makes it easier to position the nozzle during refuelling.

The automatic nozzle does not remove the operator’s responsibility to supervise the refuelling process continuously. The automatic shut-off function may be affected by the shape of the filler opening, nozzle position, fuel flow, air exchange and fuel splashback against the walls of the receiving tank.

Integrated Nozzle Pocket

A dedicated dispensing nozzle pocket is integrated into the tank body. It protects the nozzle during transport and collects residual fuel dripping from the nozzle after refuelling.

The nozzle pocket can be removed and cleaned. Regular cleaning helps keep the tank and dispensing equipment tidy and reduces the accumulation of fuel residue.

After use, the nozzle must always be placed in its designated pocket. The nozzle must not be left on the ground or unsecured during transport.

Three-Metre Dispensing Hose

The Kingspan TrolleyMaster 100 L is equipped with an approximately 3-metre flexible diesel fuel dispensing hose.

The hose length provides convenient access to the machinery’s fuel tank, even where the mobile tank cannot be positioned directly next to the filler opening.

A dedicated hose storage groove is integrated into the tank body. After use, the hose can be wrapped around the tank, reducing the risk of damage, contamination or entanglement during transport and storage.

The hose must not be used to pull the tank, left on the ground or trapped between the tank and other objects.

K24 Digital Flow Meter

The tank is equipped with a K24 digital flow meter, allowing the quantity of dispensed diesel fuel to be monitored and recorded.

The digital display provides convenient fuel delivery readings during refuelling. The meter is particularly useful for companies that need to monitor fuel consumption, record the amount supplied to individual machines or compare fuel use across different worksites.

Flow meter readings and accuracy depend on correct installation, operating conditions and regular technical inspection. Where the measurements are used for official billing or regulated accounting purposes, the applicable metrological requirements must be checked separately.

Ball Shut-Off Valve and Vented Filler Cap

A 3/4-inch ball shut-off valve is integrated into the fuel dispensing system. It allows the fuel flow to be closed during tank transport, storage or maintenance.

Before moving or transporting the tank, ensure that the ball valve is fully closed and that there are no visible leaks in the system.

The tank is equipped with a fuel filler cap and a two-way ventilation valve. The ventilation system helps equalise the pressure inside the tank during diesel fuel filling and dispensing, reducing the risk of excessive pressure or vacuum formation.

The filler cap must be properly closed during use, storage and transport.

Securing During Transport

The tank body incorporates profiled corners and areas for positioning securing straps. These help position the straps correctly and reduce the risk of slipping during transport.

Inside a vehicle, the tank must be secured in a way that prevents it from sliding, tipping over, lifting or colliding with other objects.

Before transport, the hose must be placed in the designated storage groove, the nozzle must be inserted into its pocket, the electrical cable must be disconnected and secured, and the ball shut-off valve and filler cap must be closed.

The tank user and carrier are responsible for ensuring that the specific transport operation complies with applicable road traffic, dangerous goods transport, fire safety and load-securing requirements.

Standard Equipment

The standard equipment includes a Kingspan TrolleyMaster polyethylene tank with a nominal capacity of 100 L, a 12 V electric diesel fuel pump, an electrical cable with battery terminal clamps, an automatic diesel fuel dispensing nozzle with a swivel connection, a K24 digital flow meter, an approximately 3 m flexible dispensing hose, an integrated nozzle pocket, a hose storage groove, a 3/4-inch ball shut-off valve, a fuel filler cap with a two-way ventilation valve, an ergonomically profiled transport handle, non-slip gripping areas, profiled securing points for transport straps and two solid rubber wheels approximately 250 mm in diameter.

Use and Safety

Before using the tank, carefully read the operating instructions and comply with all applicable requirements relating to diesel fuel storage, transport, fire safety, occupational safety and environmental protection.

Place the tank on a stable and, where possible, level surface. Before each use, inspect the tank body, pump, dispensing hose, nozzle, flow meter, electrical cable, battery clamps, filler cap, ventilation valve, ball shut-off valve and all connections.

A damaged or leaking tank or dispensing system must not be used.

The engine of the machinery being refuelled must be switched off. Open flames, sparks, hot surfaces and other ignition sources must not be present in the working area. Smoking is prohibited during fuel dispensing.

The electrical cable must be connected to a suitable external 12 V battery in the sequence specified in the operating instructions. Insert the automatic nozzle into the fuel tank of the machinery, then switch on the pump and begin dispensing.

The refuelling process must be supervised at all times. When refuelling is complete, close the nozzle, switch off the pump, disconnect the electrical cable and close the ball shut-off valve.

After use, place the nozzle in its pocket and carefully store the hose in the designated groove around the tank body.

Any spilled diesel fuel must be collected immediately using a suitable absorbent material. The tank must not be overfilled, pulled by the hose or electrical cable, used with damaged connections or left operating unattended.

Technical Parameters

The Kingspan TrolleyMaster 100 L is a mobile diesel fuel storage and dispensing tank with a nominal capacity of 100 L. The tank is approximately 380 mm long, 440 mm wide and 1,130 mm high. Kingspan TrolleyMaster 60 L Mobile Diesel Storage and Dispensing Tank, 12 V

The Kingspan TrolleyMaster 60 L is a compact and mobile diesel fuel storage, transport and dispensing system designed for refuelling machinery, equipment and vehicles in locations where stationary fuel dispensing infrastructure is not available.

It is suitable for construction sites, agriculture, forestry, grounds maintenance, service centres, repair workshops, roadside assistance, generator servicing and other professional environments where diesel fuel needs to be delivered directly to machinery. Suitable for HVO and diesel, although the identification markings and operating instructions supplied with the specific tank must always be checked before using any alternative fuel.

The tank has a nominal capacity of 60 litres. Its compact construction is suitable for applications where a larger mobile fuel tank is unnecessary or inconvenient to handle. The tank can be used to deliver diesel fuel to excavators, loaders, tractors, lawn maintenance equipment, generators, compressors, construction machinery, forestry equipment, boats and other diesel-powered equipment. Durable and corrosion-resistant construction

The TrolleyMaster tank body is manufactured from durable plastic suitable for regular professional use. Its polyethylene construction does not corrode, is resistant to weather exposure and provides a relatively low empty weight. Corrosion-free and weather-resistant mobile fuel solution.

The tank has a compact upright shape designed to reduce the amount of space required in a vehicle or working area. A profiled transport handle and non-slip gripping areas are integrated into the upper section of the tank to provide a more secure grip when pulling, lifting or positioning it.

Two solid rubber wheels approximately 250 mm in diameter are fitted to the lower section. They are suitable for movement across asphalt, paving, gravel, compacted soil and other surfaces commonly encountered in professional working environments. Solid wheels do not require tyre pressure maintenance and cannot be punctured in the same way as pneumatic tyres.

PIUSI BP3000 12 V electric pump

The Kingspan TrolleyMaster 60 L configuration offered by CC-Market is equipped with a PIUSI BP3000 12 V electric diesel pump with a stated maximum delivery rate of up to 40 litres per minute. The pump is powered from an external 12 V battery using the included power cable and battery terminal clamps. An integrated battery is not included, so the user must provide a suitable external 12 V DC power source.

The actual fuel delivery rate may be lower than the stated maximum. It may be affected by battery voltage and charge level, fuel temperature and viscosity, hose position, connection resistance, the design of the receiving tank and other operating conditions.

PIUSI A60 automatic dispensing nozzle

The tank is equipped with a PIUSI A60 automatic diesel dispensing nozzle. Its automatic shut-off function helps stop fuel delivery when the fuel level inside the receiving tank reaches the nozzle shut-off point, thereby helping to reduce the risk of overfilling and fuel spillage. The nozzle incorporates a swivel connection, which helps reduce hose twisting and makes positioning easier during refuelling.

The operator must supervise the refuelling process at all times, even when an automatic nozzle is used. Automatic shut-off operation may be affected by the shape of the filler opening, nozzle position, tank ventilation, fuel flow and fuel splashback against the walls of the receiving tank. The dispensing nozzle must never be left operating unattended.

Three-metre dispensing hose

The TrolleyMaster is equipped with an approximately 3-metre flexible fuel dispensing hose. The hose provides convenient access to the fuel tank of the machinery being refuelled, even when the mobile tank cannot be placed immediately beside the filler opening.

Shut-off valve and vented fuel cap

The fuel dispensing system incorporates a 3/4-inch ball shut-off valve. It allows the fuel flow to be closed during transport, storage or maintenance and helps reduce the risk of leakage. Before transport, ensure that the valve is fully closed and that there are no visible leaks from the system.

The tank has a fuel filler cap with a two-way breather valve. This helps equalise pressure inside the tank during filling and fuel dispensing, reducing the likelihood of excessive pressure or vacuum developing.

The filler cap must be properly closed during use, storage and transport. Before each use, inspect the filler cap, breather valve, shut-off valve, hose, dispensing nozzle, pump and electrical cable.

Mobility and transport

The profiled handle, non-slip gripping areas and two 250 mm solid rubber wheels allow the tank to be moved in a similar manner to a hand trolley. Empty net weight 18 kg. A tank filled with diesel will be considerably heavier, so the surface, gradient and operator’s ability to control it safely must be assessed before movement.

The tank body incorporates profiled areas for positioning transport straps. During transport, the tank must remain in the position specified by the manufacturer and must be secured against sliding, tipping, lifting or colliding with other objects. The hose must be wrapped around the designated groove, the nozzle must be stored in its pocket, the power cable must be disconnected and secured, and the ball valve and filler cap must be closed.

Kingspan describes the TrolleyMaster as a compact mobile solution for taking fuel directly to machinery. Intended use

The Kingspan TrolleyMaster 60 L is intended for the storage, transport and dispensing of diesel fuel and, where expressly permitted by the identification markings of the tank and pump, HVO. It must not be used for petrol, AdBlue®, water, food-grade liquids or other substances for which the specific configuration has not been designed. Petrol requires a purpose-designed, electrically conductive and appropriately approved system.

Standard equipment

Use and safety

Before use, carefully read the manufacturer’s operating instructions. Place the tank on a stable and, where possible, level surface. Inspect the tank body, pump, hose, automatic nozzle, power cable, battery clamps, filler cap, breather valve and ball valve. A damaged or leaking system must not be used.

The engine of the machinery being refuelled must be switched off. Open flames, sparks, hot surfaces and all other ignition sources must be removed from the working area. Smoking is prohibited near fuel dispensing operations.

Before switching on the pump, ensure that all connections are secure and that the shut-off valve is in the position specified for operation. Connect the power cable to a suitable external 12 V battery in the sequence specified by the manufacturer. Insert the automatic nozzle into the fuel tank of the machinery, then switch on the pump and begin dispensing.

The refuelling process must be supervised continuously. Once refuelling is complete, close the nozzle, switch off the pump, disconnect the cable in the sequence specified by the manufacturer and close the shut-off valve. Return the nozzle to its pocket and wrap the hose around the storage groove.

Any spilled diesel fuel must be collected immediately using a suitable absorbent material. The tank must not be overfilled, pulled by the hose or electrical cable, used with damaged connections or left operating unattended.

The SIBUSO NVCL 1500 L is a stationary double-walled diesel fuel storage and dispensing tank suitable for companies, agricultural holdings, transport and logistics businesses, construction and equipment rental companies, manufacturing facilities, service workshops and other professional workplaces requiring regular refuelling of their own machinery and vehicles.

Its 1,500-litre capacity allows a compact internal-use fuel dispensing point to be established on company or farm premises. This helps reduce machinery journeys to public filling stations, save working time and organise diesel fuel stock and consumption monitoring in one location.

The SIBUSO NVCL 1500 L is suitable for refuelling tractors, combine harvesters, excavators, loaders, trucks, generators, forklifts, road maintenance machinery, forestry equipment, construction machinery and other diesel-powered equipment.

The tank is intended for the storage and dispensing of diesel fuel. It must not be used for petrol, AdBlue®, water, food-grade liquids or other substances for which the tank and its dispensing equipment have not been designed.

Double-Walled Construction

The SIBUSO NVCL 1500 L has a double-walled construction. The inner tank is intended for diesel fuel storage, while the outer wall acts as a protective containment layer and helps restrict the spread of liquid if the inner tank is damaged or develops a leak.

Integrated Dispensing Cabinet

A spacious dispensing equipment cabinet with closable red doors is integrated into the front of the tank. The cabinet contains the diesel pump, flow meter, filter, filling connection, automatic nozzle, hose and other system components.

Electronic Overfill Protection

ROTAxx 60 Electric Pump

The SIBUSO NVCL 1500 L is equipped with a self-priming ROTAxx 60 rotary vane electric pump. The pump operates from a 230 V, 50 Hz power supply, has a rated power of 370 W and draws approximately 2.6 A.

The maximum delivery rate is up to 60 litres per minute. The pump is suitable for continuous operation, incorporates an integrated bypass and provides a maximum delivery head of up to 5 metres.

Emergency Power Switch

An emergency power switch is integrated into the pump system, allowing pump operation to be stopped quickly and safely in an emergency.

After a power failure, the pump does not restart automatically. The green start button must be pressed manually before the system can resume operation. This helps prevent uncontrolled pump activation when power is restored.

FMT Digital Flow Meter

The tank is equipped with an FMT digital rotary flow meter for monitoring and recording the amount of diesel fuel dispensed.

Automatic Dispensing Nozzle

Fuel Level Indicator

Leak Sensor

A leak monitoring system is installed between the inner and outer walls of the tank. The sensor helps detect liquid entering the space between the two walls.

If a leak warning is activated, fuel dispensing and tank filling must be stopped immediately. The tank must not be used again until the cause has been identified and a technical inspection has been completed.

600 mm Inspection Hatch

Use and Safety

The tank must be installed on a stable, level and non-combustible base capable of supporting its full operating weight. The installation location must provide unrestricted access for tank filling, machinery refuelling, inspection, maintenance and emergency services.

Before use, inspect the tank body, dispensing cabinet, pump, filter, flow meter, hose, nozzle, electrical connection, earthing, filling line, overfill sensor, ventilation and leak monitoring system.

A damaged, unearthed or leaking tank must not be used. Smoking, open flames, sparks and any other activities that may ignite fuel or vapours are prohibited in the working area.

The engine of the machinery being refuelled must be switched off. Insert the nozzle into the machinery fuel tank, switch on the pump and supervise the entire dispensing process continuously.

When refuelling is complete, close the nozzle, switch off the pump and return the nozzle and hose to their designated storage positions. Any spilled diesel fuel must be collected immediately with a suitable absorbent material.

Installation, electrical connection, earthing, maintenance and operation must comply with the technical documentation supplied with the tank and all applicable requirements in the country of use.

CEMO Fuel Trolley 95L Mobile Petrol Storage and Dispensing tank

The CEMO Fuel Trolley Ex0 95 L is a mobile petrol storage, transport and dispensing system designed for refuelling machinery, equipment and vehicles powered by petrol or petrol mixtures in locations where stationary fuel dispensing infrastructure is not available.

The tank is particularly suitable for use on construction sites, in agriculture, forestry, grounds maintenance, horticulture, service centres, workshops, motorsport and water sports facilities, as well as in other professional working environments.

The CEMO Fuel Trolley allows up to 95 litres of petrol to be delivered directly to the machinery or equipment requiring refuelling, reducing the need to transport equipment to a filling station or use several smaller fuel cans.

The tank is equipped with a 12 V electric pump, an automatic petrol dispensing nozzle, a conductive dispensing hose and a cable with battery clamps for connection to an external 12 V battery.

The CEMO Fuel Trolley Ex0 has been specifically designed for the safer storage and dispensing of petrol and petrol mixtures.

The tank body is manufactured from electrically conductive, high-density cross-linked polyethylene. The conductive material helps reduce the build-up of electrostatic charge, which is particularly important when handling highly flammable fuel.

12 V Electric Pump

This model does not include an integrated battery. A suitable external 12 V DC power source must therefore be provided before use.

Automatic Petrol Dispensing Nozzle

The standard equipment includes an automatic petrol dispensing nozzle designed for controlled fuel delivery.

The automatic shut-off function helps stop the fuel flow when the fuel level in the receiving tank reaches the nozzle shut-off point. This helps reduce the risk of overfilling and fuel spillage.

The operator must supervise the refuelling process at all times. The dispensing nozzle must not be left unattended, as the automatic shut-off function may be affected by the shape of the filler opening, nozzle position, fuel flow rate, ventilation of the receiving tank and fuel foaming or splashback against the tank walls.

Conductive Dispensing Hose

The 95 L version is equipped with an electrically conductive fuel dispensing hose approximately 3.2 m long.

A conductive hose is an important component of a petrol dispensing system because it helps control the formation of electrostatic charge during fuel transfer.

The hose provides convenient access to the fuel tank of the machinery being refuelled, even where the CEMO Fuel Trolley cannot be positioned directly next to the filler opening.

After use, the hose and nozzle must be placed in the designated storage areas integrated into the tank body.

The fuel dispensing line is fitted with a shut-off valve, allowing the fuel flow to be stopped during transport, system maintenance, extended storage, when the pump or hose is not in use, or in the event of damage or an emergency.

Before transport, ensure that the shut-off valve is fully closed and that there are no visible leaks in the system.

The tank is equipped with a filler cap featuring an integrated ventilation and air exchange valve. The ventilation system helps balance the pressure inside the tank during filling and fuel dispensing. This supports smoother pump operation and reduces the risk of excessive pressure or vacuum forming inside the tank.

The filler cap must be properly closed during use and transport.

The tank body is manufactured from high-density cross-linked polyethylene. The material provides resistance to mechanical stress and corrosion, a relatively low empty weight, easier handling and electrically conductive properties for static electricity control.

The empty weight of the version with the electric pump is approximately 22 kg. A full tank containing petrol will be considerably heavier, and the surface, slope and operator’s ability to control the tank safely must therefore be assessed before moving it.

The CEMO Fuel Trolley Ex0 95 L is suitable for refuelling a wide range of petrol-powered machinery and equipment, including lawn mowers, garden tractors, trimmers, chainsaws, generators, water pumps, compactors, small construction machinery, quad bikes, motorcycles, go-karts, motorsport vehicles, boats, water sports equipment, forestry machinery and grounds maintenance equipment.

Its vapours may form an explosive mixture with air.

Smoking, open flames and the creation of sparks are prohibited during use. The engine of the equipment being refuelled must be switched off, and a safe distance must be maintained from hot surfaces. Suitable ventilation must be provided in the working area, and only equipment approved for use with petrol may be used.

The tank must not be overfilled, and fuel dispensing must never be left unattended. A damaged tank, electrical cable, pump, nozzle or hose must not be used.

The tank must not be used in an enclosed area without adequate ventilation.

The CEMO Fuel Trolley may be suitable for transporting fuel for direct consumption under the exemption provided in ADR subsection 1.1.3.1(c), where the transport is carried out in connection with the company’s main activity, such as refuelling machinery at a specific worksite.

This does not constitute a general exemption from all ADR, fire safety and transport requirements. The carrier and user remain responsible for ensuring that the specific transport operation complies with the applicable requirements.

During transport, the tank must remain in an upright position and must be secured using suitable load-securing straps attached to the recessed securing points integrated into the tank body.

The tank must be prevented from sliding, tipping over or colliding with other objects. All caps and valves must be closed, the nozzle and hose must be securely stored, and the electrical cable must be disconnected and secured.

The tank must be protected from mechanical damage, and all current regulations governing the transport of dangerous goods must be observed.

The CEMO Diesel Trolley 100 L is a compact and mobile diesel fuel storage, transport and dispensing system designed for refuelling machinery, equipment and vehicles in locations where stationary fuel dispensing infrastructure is not available.

The tank is particularly suitable for use on construction sites, in agriculture, forestry, grounds maintenance, service workshops, manufacturing facilities and other professional working environments. It allows up to 100 litres of diesel fuel to be delivered directly to the machinery requiring refuelling, reducing the need to transport equipment to a filling station.

The durable polyethylene body, integrated handles and large pneumatic wheels ensure convenient movement even across uneven worksite surfaces. The tank’s narrow and upright design allows it to be moved through gates, doorways and other areas with restricted access width.

The CEMO Diesel Trolley is equipped with a self-priming CENTRI SP30 12 V electric pump with a maximum delivery rate of up to 30 litres per minute. The pump is powered by the included LiFePO4 battery, allowing diesel fuel to be dispensed independently of a vehicle battery or mains power supply. A suitable battery charger is also included.

The automatic dispensing nozzle stops the fuel flow when the receiving tank is full, helping to reduce the risk of overfilling and fuel spillage. The 3-metre DN 19 dispensing hose provides convenient access to the fuel tank of the machinery being refuelled, while the integrated nozzle holder and hose storage area allow the equipment to be stored neatly after use.

The CEMO Diesel Trolley 100 L is suitable for refuelling various types of diesel-powered machinery and equipment, including: construction machinery; excavators and loaders; tractors and other agricultural machinery; generators; compressors; grounds maintenance equipment; forestry machinery; industrial equipment; small marine and port equipment, where permitted by the specific operating conditions.

The tank is designed for diesel fuel. It must not be used for the storage or dispensing of petrol, AdBlue®, water or other liquids unless the manufacturer provides a suitable version specifically intended for the relevant liquid.

The tank body is manufactured from durable polyethylene. This material provides a relatively low empty weight and allows the tank to be moved without specialised lifting equipment.

The body includes: a central transport handle; additional carrying handles; an integrated hose storage area; a dispensing nozzle holder; recessed areas for securing straps; an internal baffle or wave breaker.

The internal baffle reduces rapid fuel movement inside the tank during transport or handling, thereby improving tank stability. The manufacturer has also incorporated recessed securing points into the body of the 100 L model for use with transport straps.

The tank is equipped with two pneumatic wheels approximately 300 mm in diameter. These are suitable for moving the tank not only across smooth surfaces, but also across gravel, soil and other surfaces commonly found in professional working environments.

The tank shape and wheel arrangement allow it to be moved in a similar manner to a hand trolley. The approximate empty weight of the tank is 20 kg. A full tank will be considerably heavier, and the surface, slope and operator’s ability to control the tank safely must therefore be assessed before moving it.

The tank is equipped with a filler cap featuring an integrated ventilation and air exchange valve. This helps equalise the pressure inside the tank during filling and fuel dispensing.

The dispensing connection is fitted with a shut-off valve, allowing the fuel flow to be closed during system maintenance, transport or extended periods of non-use.

The tank is equipped with a self-priming CENTRI SP30 electric pump with the following specifications: operating voltage: 12 V; maximum delivery rate: up to 30 L/min; designed for dispensing diesel fuel; quiet operation, as specified by the manufacturer; connected to a 3 m DN 19 dispensing hose.

The actual fuel delivery rate may vary depending on the battery charge level, hose position, ambient temperature, fuel viscosity and resistance within the receiving fuel system.

Stated flow rate of 30 L/min represents the maximum pump performance and is not a guaranteed delivery rate under all operating conditions.

This version of the CEMO Diesel Trolley is equipped with a LiFePO4 battery and a suitable battery charger. The battery allows the fuel pump to be operated without a permanent connection to a vehicle battery.

This is particularly useful: at remote worksites; in fields; in forests; on construction sites; in locations without a nearby power supply; where connecting the pump to the electrical system of the machinery is not desirable.

Before use, the battery must be charged in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. During extended periods of non-use, the manufacturer’s battery storage and periodic charging requirements must be observed.

The standard equipment includes an automatic diesel fuel dispensing nozzle. The nozzle is designed for controlled fuel dispensing, and its automatic shut-off function helps stop the flow when the fuel level in the receiving tank reaches the nozzle shut-off point.

The operator must supervise the refuelling process even when using the automatic nozzle. The nozzle must not be left unattended, as the operation of the automatic shut-off system may be affected by the shape of the filler opening, nozzle position and fuel flow conditions.

Before using the tank, the operator must read the manufacturer’s operating instructions and comply with all applicable workplace requirements relating to fuel storage, transport, fire safety and environmental protection.

During use: Place the tank on a stable and, where possible, level surface. Check that the hose, dispensing nozzle, connections and shut-off valves are not damaged. Open the required valves in accordance with the operating instructions. Insert the dispensing nozzle into the fuel tank of the machinery being refuelled. Switch on the pump and supervise the refuelling process. Switch off the pump after refuelling. Close the shut-off valve where required by the applicable operating procedure. Place the nozzle and hose in their designated holders. Immediately collect any spilled fuel using a suitable absorbent material.

The tank must not be used near open flames, sparks or other ignition sources. Smoking is prohibited during refuelling.

CEMO Diesel Trolley may be suitable for use under the exemption specified in ADR subsection 1.1.3.1(c), where fuel is transported in connection with the company’s primary business activities and is intended for refuelling machinery at a specific worksite.

This does not constitute a general exemption from all legal requirements. The carrier and user remain responsible for ensuring compliance with the applicable transport conditions, quantity limits, load securing requirements, labelling and documentation requirements.

During transport: the tank must be positioned upright; it must be secured using suitable load-securing straps; the recessed securing points integrated into the tank body must be used; the tank must be prevented from sliding, tipping over or colliding with other objects; all caps, valves and connections must be closed; the hose and dispensing nozzle must be securely stored; all applicable regulations governing the transport of dangerous goods and fuel must be observed.
