Kingspan TrolleyMaster 60L 12V mobile AdBlue® storage and dispensing tank

The Kingspan TrolleyMaster 60 L is a compact and mobile AdBlue® storage and dispensing tank designed for convenient AdBlue® distribution where a stationary dispensing system is not required. Kingspan has specifically developed the TrolleyMaster range as a compact mobile AdBlue® dispensing solution, combining a 60-litre tank, dispensing equipment and wheels in a single portable unit.

The compact design allows the AdBlue® supply and dispensing equipment to be kept together in one mobile system. The tank has a nominal capacity of 60 litres and is mounted on rubber wheels, allowing it to be moved to the vehicle or equipment requiring AdBlue® rather than requiring the vehicle to be positioned next to a stationary tank.

This TrolleyMaster 60 L configuration is equipped with a PIUSI electric pump with a stated maximum delivery rate of 40 litres per minute. The pump forms part of the integrated AdBlue® dispensing system and is designed to transfer the liquid from the storage tank through the dispensing hose to the receiving AdBlue® tank.

The dispensing system includes a flexible 3/4" hose with a length of 3 metres. The hose provides the working distance required between the mobile TrolleyMaster unit and the AdBlue® filling point of the vehicle or equipment being serviced.

AdBlue® is dispensed through a PIUSI automatic dispensing nozzle supplied with a dedicated nozzle holder. The nozzle and hose are integrated into the compact TrolleyMaster layout so that the dispensing components can be stored directly on the unit when they are not in use.

The tank itself is filled through a 2" filling opening. This provides a dedicated access point for replenishing the 60-litre AdBlue® tank before the unit is returned to service.

The TrolleyMaster is also equipped with a two-way ventilation valve. The ventilation system forms part of the tank configuration and allows air exchange during filling and dispensing.

The 60-litre tank is mounted on 250 mm rubber wheels, which form part of the mobile TrolleyMaster design. The wheel arrangement, compact tank body and integrated upper handle allow the unit to function as a mobile dispensing trolley.

The relatively narrow footprint is intended to keep the unit compact while maintaining a 60-litre AdBlue® capacity. According to the product specification, the tank measures approximately 0.38 m in length, 0.38 m in width and 0.905 m in height.

The empty weight of the Kingspan TrolleyMaster 60 L is approximately 18 kg. The combination of the compact dimensions, wheels and integrated dispensing system provides a self-contained mobile AdBlue® storage and dispensing solution.

The tank and dispensing components in this configuration are intended specifically for AdBlue®. The product should be filled and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and with equipment suitable for AdBlue®.
