FuelMaster 5000 TITAN, diesel storage and dispensing tank

The FuelMaster 5000 TITAN is a double-walled diesel fuel storage and dispensing tank with a nominal capacity of 5,000 litres, designed for the storage and controlled dispensing of diesel fuel. The double-walled construction provides an additional containment layer around the inner fuel tank, while the dispensing equipment is integrated into a dedicated lockable equipment compartment.

The Kingspan FuelMaster 2500 TITAN is a double-walled diesel fuel storage and dispensing tank with a nominal capacity of 2,500 litres, designed for the secure storage, dispensing and protection of diesel fuel. The FuelMaster range is intended for professional applications where diesel fuel needs to be stored on site and dispensed directly to vehicles, machinery or equipment. The double-walled construction provides an additional containment layer around the inner fuel tank.

The FuelMaster 2500 TITAN is equipped with a 230 V electric dispensing system and is supplied with equipment for controlled diesel fuel distribution. Window De-Icer -70°C (750ml)

CrossChem Window De-Icer is an effective winter product designed for the rapid de-icing of vehicle windows in extremely low temperatures. The product is suitable for use at temperatures down to –70 °C and helps quickly remove frost and an approximately 1–2 mm layer of ice from exterior windscreens, side windows and other vehicle glazing.

The high concentration of ethanol and isopropanol acts effectively on frozen moisture, accelerating the melting process and reducing the need for mechanical scraping. This saves time on cold winter mornings and helps reduce the risk of scratching the glass surface caused by intensive use of hard ice scrapers. The product is suitable for both everyday use on private vehicles and professional use by vehicle fleets, logistics companies, service centres and other businesses that require regular and rapid de-icing of vehicle windows.

Directions for use

Before applying the product, remove loose snow from the vehicle windows. Spray CrossChem Window De-Icer evenly onto the iced glass surface, starting from the upper edge and gradually moving downwards. This application method allows the product to flow evenly across the frozen surface and act more effectively on the ice layer.

After application, switch on the vehicle’s windscreen heating and allow the product to work for approximately 1–3 minutes. Once the ice and frost have melted, clean the glass using the vehicle’s windscreen wipers, a rubber scraper or a clean, soft cloth.

Repeat the procedure if the ice layer is thicker or particularly persistent. The speed of action depends on the ambient temperature, the thickness of the ice and the condition of the glass surface. The product is intended for use on exterior vehicle glass surfaces. Avoid applying it to very hot surfaces and do not use it near open flames, sparks or other ignition sources.

Safety information

Avoid inhaling vapours, fumes or spray. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Wear suitable protective gloves, protective clothing and eye or face protection when handling the product.

In case of contact with skin or hair, immediately remove all contaminated clothing and rinse the affected area with plenty of water or take a shower.

If the product enters the eyes, rinse cautiously with clean water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do, then continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, seek medical attention.

Storage

Store in the unopened and tightly sealed original manufacturer’s packaging in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Protect from direct sunlight, heat, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources.

The recommended storage temperature is between –70 °C and +20 °C. Store the container in an upright position and close it securely after use to reduce evaporation and prevent contamination from entering the packaging.

Shelf life

The shelf life is 36 months from the date of manufacture indicated on the packaging, provided that the product is stored unopened and tightly sealed in the original manufacturer’s packaging under the specified storage conditions.

Dispose of the contents and container in accordance with local waste management regulations.

SIBUSO NVCL 5000L, diesel storage and dispensing tank

The SIBUSO NVCL 5000 is a double-walled polyethylene tank with a dispensing system, designed for the storage and internal distribution of diesel fuel. SIBUSO tanks are manufactured as bunded systems, with an inner tank and an external containment wall, and are designed in accordance with the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The NVCL 5000 has a nominal capacity of 5000 litres and is intended for professional diesel fuel storage and dispensing applications.

The tank is manufactured from polyethylene and is designed as a stationary double-walled unit. According to the CC-Market product specification, the tank has a net weight of approximately 320 kg, a width of 2,445 mm and a height of 2,404 mm.

The SIBUSO NVCL 5000 is equipped with a ROTAxx 80 vane pump operating from a 230 V power supply and providing a maximum delivery rate of up to 80 litres per minute. The manufacturer’s current specification states a power rating of 380 W / 2.6 A for the NVCL range.

The dispensing system includes a digital FMT rotor flow meter with a stated measurement accuracy of ±0.5% and a measuring range of 2–100 L/min. The system is also equipped with an automatic dispensing nozzle and a dedicated nozzle holder.

The leakage detection system complies with the requirements of PN-EN 13160-1 applicable to leak detection systems.

The tank is also equipped with fuel level monitoring. The manufacturer’s standard NVCL specification includes a clock-type gauge, while the current product range also allows the use of the LIPREMOS® SONIC PRO GPRS/GNSS level sensor as optional equipment. The CC-Market configuration lists a level sensor as included equipment.

The NVCL series is designed not only for fuel storage but also for fuel distribution. SIBUSO states that its double-walled polyethylene tanks with dispensing systems are intended for companies and users operating diesel-powered vehicles and machinery, including motor vehicles, construction machinery, forklifts, tractors and agricultural machinery.

The manufacturer’s current specification states a 10-year warranty for tank tightness and a 2-year warranty for accessories. The specific CC-Market product page currently states a product warranty of 120 months and an equipment warranty of 12 months, therefore the warranty applicable to the unit supplied by CC-Market should follow the terms stated for that specific sale.

Attention!
Carefully monitor the oil pressure after processing. ETEX provides thorough cleaning of the engines internal surface from soot and residual solid oil, which can block the oil filter and cause a drop in oil pressure. If the oil pressure in the engine drops, simply replace the oil filter with a new one – a oil change is not required.
