Antifreeze G11, -36°C (10L)

CrossChem Antifreeze G11 is a high-quality, ready-to-use coolant based on ethylene glycol, also known as MEG. The product is designed to protect petrol and diesel engine cooling systems against freezing, overheating and corrosion.

Antifreeze G11 provides freezing protection down to –36 °C and helps maintain stable cooling system performance at elevated temperatures of up to +105 °C. The product is pre-mixed and ready to use, so no additional dilution with water is required. This helps prevent incorrect mixing and ensures the required level of protection immediately after the product is added to the cooling system.

The balanced corrosion inhibitor package based on OAT, or Organic Acid Technology, helps protect the engine cooling and heat exchange system against corrosion. The product also supports efficient heat transfer and helps maintain a stable engine operating temperature under various operating conditions.

CrossChem Antifreeze G11 is suitable for the cooling systems of modern petrol and diesel internal combustion engines in passenger cars, commercial vehicles and trucks. It can be used in systems containing components made from copper, brass, iron, steel and aluminium alloys.

The product is suitable for both private vehicles and professional use in vehicle service centres, transport companies, manufacturing facilities, agriculture and large vehicle fleets.

CrossChem Antifreeze G11 complies with the following quality standards: ASTM D3306, BS 6580, CES 14603, CUNA NC 956-16, ANFOR NF R15-601, SAE J 1034, BWB and FSD 8704.

Directions for use

The product is ready to use. Before filling the cooling system, make sure that the selected coolant meets the vehicle manufacturer’s requirements. Add the antifreeze to the cooling system in accordance with the vehicle or equipment manufacturer’s instructions. Do not add water, as the product has already been prepared at the required concentration.

Do not mix with other coolants unless their chemical compatibility has been confirmed. Before replacing a coolant of a different technology or an unknown coolant, it is recommended to drain and flush the cooling system completely.

Only open the cooling system when the engine is switched off and has cooled down completely.

Availability

CrossChem Antifreeze G11 is available directly from the manufacturer in various packaging sizes and in the quantity required by the customer. Direct manufacturer supply allows competitive pricing for private customers, vehicle service centres, transport companies, manufacturing facilities and large vehicle fleets.

Antifreeze G11 concentrate (4L)

CrossChem Antifreeze G11 Concentrate is a high-quality coolant concentrate based on ethylene glycol, also known as MEG. It is designed to protect petrol and diesel engine cooling systems against freezing, overheating and corrosion.

The balanced corrosion inhibitor package based on OAT, or Organic Acid Technology, helps protect components made from aluminium, iron, brass, steel and copper alloys while supporting efficient heat transfer and stable cooling system operation.

When mixed with distilled or demineralised water in the appropriate ratio, the concentrate can be used to prepare ready-to-use G11 antifreeze with freezing protection down to –36 °C or –45 °C. The product is suitable for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, trucks and other machinery equipped with compatible liquid cooling systems.

CrossChem Antifreeze G11 complies with the following quality standards: ASTM D3306, BS 6580, CES 14603, CUNA NC 956-16, ANFOR NF R15-601, SAE J 1034, BWB and FSD 8704.

Recommended mixture

Mix the antifreeze concentrate only with distilled water or high-quality demineralised water according to the required freezing protection level and the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions. Do not mix with other coolants unless their chemical compatibility has been confirmed.

CrossChem demineralised water is produced using double reverse osmosis technology, reducing the content of minerals, salts and ions in the water by more than 97%. Using high-quality demineralised water helps prevent unwanted mineral deposits and supports the optimal quality and performance of the antifreeze mixture.

Antifreeze G11 Concentrate and CrossChem demineralised water are available directly from the manufacturer in various packaging sizes and in any quantity required by the customer. Direct supply from the manufacturer allows us to offer competitive pricing for private customers, vehicle service centres, transport companies, manufacturing facilities and large vehicle fleets. CC-Market offers G11 concentrate together with several packaging options for demineralised water.

DESO 1340L AdBlue® storage and dispensing tank

The DESO 1340 L is a double-walled stationary AdBlue® storage and dispensing tank designed for the storage and controlled distribution of AdBlue®. The tank is manufactured as a bunded system, providing an additional containment layer around the inner tank in the event of a leak. The construction is designed for professional use and is resistant to mechanical impact, changing weather conditions and UV exposure.

The DESO 1340 L combines AdBlue® storage and dispensing equipment in one stationary system. The tank has a nominal capacity of 1,340 litres and is intended for locations where AdBlue® needs to be stored on site and dispensed directly to vehicles or equipment equipped with SCR systems.

The specific CC-Market configuration is equipped with a 230 V electric pump with a stated maximum delivery rate of 40 litres per minute. The pump forms part of the integrated AdBlue® dispensing system and transfers the liquid from the storage tank through the dispensing hose to the receiving AdBlue® tank.

The dispensing system includes a flow meter with a stated measurement accuracy of 1%. This allows the quantity of dispensed AdBlue® to be monitored during operation.

AdBlue® is dispensed through a 6-metre delivery hose and an automatic dispensing nozzle with a dedicated holder. The hose provides a practical working distance between the stationary storage tank and the vehicle or equipment being refilled.

The tank is equipped with a float-type level indicator, allowing the operator to monitor the liquid level inside the storage tank. This provides a direct indication of the remaining AdBlue® level.

The DESO 1340 L configuration also includes heating elements. These form part of the equipment package specified for this tank and are intended to support operation in conditions where protection of the AdBlue® storage system from low temperatures is required.

The double-walled construction provides secondary containment around the inner AdBlue® tank. According to DESO, its AdBlue® tanks are designed as dedicated storage solutions for this fluid and are manufactured from rotationally moulded polyethylene.

The tank is intended for stationary installation. Its 1,340-litre capacity provides an on-site AdBlue® reserve for operations where regular refilling of SCR-equipped vehicles or machinery is required.

The stated gross and net weight of the DESO 1340 L tank is approximately 125 kg. The complete installation and operation of the tank must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and the requirements applicable to AdBlue® storage and dispensing.

The tank and dispensing system are intended specifically for AdBlue®. The use of equipment compatible with AdBlue® is essential to avoid contamination of the fluid.

The tank warranty is stated as 120 months, while the dispensing equipment warranty is stated as 12 months.

Technical Parameters: nominal capacity: 1,340 L; construction: double-walled; tank type: stationary; intended liquid: AdBlue®; pump type: electric; pump power supply: 230 V; maximum stated delivery rate: 40 L/min; flow meter: included; stated measurement accuracy: 1%; dispensing hose: 6 m; dispensing nozzle: automatic with holder; level monitoring: float-type level indicator; heating elements: included; gross weight: approximately 125 kg; net weight: approximately 125 kg; tank warranty: 120 months; equipment warranty: 12 months.
