Potassium Hydroxide 91% (KOH) is a highly alkaline inorganic compound, typically available in the form of white flakes or granules and readily soluble in water. It is widely used in chemical manufacturing, industrial cleaning, water and wastewater treatment, pH adjustment and the production of various chemical compounds. Potassium hydroxide is commonly applied in the manufacture of liquid soaps, detergents, potassium salts and other technical products, as well as in industrial processes where a strong alkaline agent is required.

For professional use only! Store the product in its original, tightly closed packaging in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Protect from moisture, direct sunlight and incompatible substances, especially acids and certain metals. Avoid contact with aluminium, zinc and other reactive materials. When dissolving in water, add the product gradually to water while following appropriate safety precautions, as the dissolution process generates significant heat. Keep out of the reach of children. Storage conditions and shelf life must comply with the manufacturer's safety data sheet and product specification.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye/face protection. IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. DO NOT induce vomiting. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing and rinse skin thoroughly with water. IF INHALED: Move the person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do, and continue rinsing. Immediately contact a POISON CENTER or doctor. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with applicable local and international regulations.
