HD Floor Cleaner – alkaline floor cleaner (10L)

HD Floor Cleaner is a concentrated alkaline cleaning and degreasing agent designed for the thorough and daily cleaning of washable floors. The product is intended to dissolve stubborn industrial dirt, old grease, oil residues and other difficult-to-remove deposits.

The cleaner works quickly and thoroughly and does not have an excessively strong fragrance. Its low-foaming formula makes it suitable for both manual floor cleaning and use in professional scrubber-dryer machines. The product is intended for professional use, including in agricultural and food industry facilities.

HD Floor Cleaner is suitable for washable, alkali-resistant floors such as stone floors, concrete floors, resin and epoxy floors, porcelain stoneware tiles, terrazzo floors, ceramic surfaces and PVC flooring. Do not use on surfaces that are not resistant to alkaline cleaning agents. Before use, it is recommended to test the product on a small, less visible area.

Directions for use

For daily cleaning, prepare a 1–3% working solution by diluting 100–300 ml of the product in 10 litres of water. Apply the solution to the floor, scrub the surface and collect the dissolved dirt after cleaning.

For intensive cleaning, prepare a 10–15% working solution by diluting 1–1.5 litres of the product in 10 litres of water. Apply the solution to the floor. In case of heavy soiling, leave the product to act for 5–10 minutes, then scrub the surface and collect the dissolved dirt.

When using the product in floor-cleaning machines, follow the equipment manufacturer’s instructions. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.

Product composition

Contains 5–15% diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, less than 5% potassium hydroxide, less than 5% hexyl D-glucoside and less than 5% 2-aminoethanol. According to the detergent composition information, the product contains less than 5% non-ionic surfactants, polycarboxylates and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Contains potassium hydroxide.

Product pH in a 1% working solution: 12.
pH of the concentrate: 13.
Foaming capacity: low.
The product is not explosive and does not have oxidising properties.

The surfactants contained in the product comply with the biodegradability criteria established by Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004 on detergents. Do not allow the concentrated product or large quantities of the working solution to enter soil, surface water, groundwater or drains. Due to changes in pH, the product may be harmful to aquatic organisms.

Danger! Causes severe skin burns and serious eye damage. Keep out of reach of children. Do not breathe vapours, gas, fumes, mist or spray. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection and face protection when using the product. Do not eat or drink in the working area. Wash hands and face thoroughly after use.

If swallowed, rinse the mouth. Do not induce vomiting. Immediately contact a Poison Information Centre or a doctor.

In case of contact with skin or hair, immediately remove all contaminated clothing. Rinse the skin under running water or take a shower.

In case of contact with eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing and immediately contact a Poison Information Centre or a doctor.

The product reacts with light metals, including aluminium and its alloys, zinc and tin. Hydrogen may be released during the reaction. The product reacts exothermically with acids and may release a significant amount of heat. Do not mix with acidic or other chemical cleaning agents.

Store in the original, tightly closed and properly labelled container, protected from high and low temperatures and intense sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and unauthorised persons.
