DR CIP ACID, descaling agent (25kg)

DR CIP ACID is a professional acidic cleaning and descaling agent designed for the removal of mineral deposits, limescale and milk deposits from pipelines, machinery, equipment and tanks. The product is intended primarily for use in closed, semi-open and spray CIP cleaning systems in milk processing, beverage and beer production facilities.

The product is based on a mixture of acids and provides effective removal of inorganic deposits that may accumulate on equipment and processing surfaces during production. DR CIP ACID does not foam during cleaning, making it particularly suitable for circulation and CIP systems where excessive foam could interfere with the cleaning process. According to the manufacturer, the product does not damage equipment or sealing components when used as directed and can be measured conductometrically, allowing the concentration of the cleaning solution to be monitored during operation.

Application: DR CIP ACID is intended for cleaning pipelines, machines, equipment and tanks in closed, semi-open and spray cleaning systems, particularly in dairy, beverage and brewery processing operations. It is suitable for professional cleaning processes where efficient removal of mineral scale and milk deposits is required.

Instructions for use: Dilute the product with water and use according to the instructions provided on the product label. The manufacturer specifies a working concentration of 0.3–2% and a working temperature range of 20–140 °C. After cleaning, rinse all treated surfaces and equipment thoroughly with cold water of drinking water quality.

Key properties: The product effectively dissolves mineral deposits, limescale and milk deposits, does not foam during cleaning, is suitable for CIP systems and can be monitored conductometrically. When used according to the manufacturer’s instructions, it is designed not to damage equipment or sealing elements.

Storage: Do not store at low temperatures or in direct sunlight. Store at a temperature between +5 °C and +35 °C. Keep the product in its original, properly closed and labelled packaging and protect it from unauthorised access.

The surfactants contained in the product meet the biodegradability criteria in accordance with EC Regulation No. 648/2004 on detergents.
