Kingspan TrolleyMaster 100L 12V mobile AdBlue® storage and dispensing tank

The Kingspan TrolleyMaster 100 L is a compact and mobile AdBlue® storage and dispensing tank designed for convenient transport and distribution of AdBlue® in different working environments. Kingspan describes the TrolleyMaster range as a compact mobile solution developed for transporting and dispensing AdBlue® where a stationary tank is not required.

The tank has a nominal capacity of 100 litres and combines the storage tank, dispensing equipment, hose management and transport features in one mobile unit. Its upright design helps reduce the required floor space while maintaining a 100-litre storage capacity.

The TrolleyMaster 100 L is fitted with heavy-duty rubber wheels designed to allow the unit to be moved across different working surfaces. The tank body also incorporates a profiled transport handle and dedicated carrying points, allowing the unit to be moved and handled as a mobile dispensing trolley.

The integrated design includes a dedicated dispensing nozzle holder and a recessed area for storing the dispensing hose during transport and periods of non-use. This keeps the main dispensing components positioned directly on the tank and reduces loose equipment around the unit.

According to the CC-Market specification, the tank is fitted with a ball valve that can be closed during transport to help prevent liquid from escaping through the dispensing system.

The specific CC-Market configuration is listed with a 24 V pump, a 3-metre flexible dispensing hose and an automatic dispensing nozzle with swivel connection. Battery clamps are included for connection of the electrical dispensing system to a suitable power source.

The dispensing nozzle is stored in a dedicated holder integrated into the tank body. The hose is positioned in a moulded storage channel around the tank, allowing the hose to remain secured during transportation and storage.

The tank is equipped with a filler cap incorporating a ventilation valve. The ventilation system allows air exchange during tank filling and AdBlue® dispensing.

The standard configuration also includes a 3/4-inch ball valve and moulded securing points for transport straps. These securing points are incorporated into the tank body and are intended for use when the tank needs to be restrained during transportation.

The tank is mounted on solid rubber wheels with a diameter of approximately 250 mm. The wheel arrangement forms part of the integrated trolley design and allows the unit to be moved without requiring a separate transport trolley.

The TrolleyMaster 100 L can optionally be equipped with a K24 digital flow meter. The meter is listed as optional equipment and is therefore not part of the standard configuration unless specifically included in the supplied unit.

The nominal capacity of the tank is 100 litres. Its stated dimensions are approximately 380 mm in length, 440 mm in width and 1,330 mm in height. Kingspan notes that minor dimensional variations may occur as a result of the manufacturing process and environmental conditions.

The tank and dispensing equipment are intended for AdBlue®. The unit should be filled, transported and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and using equipment suitable for AdBlue®.
