Kingspan FuelMaster 9000L, diesel storage and dispensing tank, equipment spec. Nr.1

The Kingspan FuelMaster 9000 L is a double-walled diesel fuel storage and dispensing tank designed for the safe storage, dispensing and protection of diesel fuel in professional working environments. The FuelMaster range provides a stationary fuel storage solution with the dispensing equipment integrated into a dedicated equipment compartment, allowing diesel fuel to be stored on site and dispensed directly to vehicles, machinery and other diesel-powered equipment.

The tank has a nominal capacity of 9,000 litres and is equipped with an electric dispensing system. The specific CC-Market configuration includes a PIUSI Panther 72 electric pump operating at 230 V, 50 Hz, with a stated maximum dispensing rate of 79 litres per minute.

The dispensing system includes a PIUSI K600 B/3 digital litre meter with a stated measurement accuracy of ±0.5%, an 8-metre 3/4-inch flexible dispensing hose and a PIUSI A60 automatic dispensing nozzle with a dedicated holder. The digital meter allows the quantity of dispensed diesel fuel to be monitored during operation, while the automatic nozzle is designed for controlled refuelling.

The FuelMaster 9000 L is equipped with a wireless ultrasonic Watchman Sonic Plus level monitoring transmitter with UniWatchmanRX receiver. The stated operating range of the monitoring system is up to 300 metres.

The dispensing equipment is located inside a dedicated lockable equipment compartment. The tank is equipped with a ball valve and Spill STOP overfill protection system, a filter designed to separate mechanical contaminants and water from the fuel, and a 2-inch filling connection located inside the equipment compartment.

The tank also includes an external grounding connection and a ventilation valve for the inner tank. Mechanical overfill protection and a GOK GWD electronic overfill protection system are included in the specified configuration.

The tank construction is designed so that approximately 3% of the internal volume remains as non-suctionable residue. According to the specification, this prevents sediment that may collect at the bottom of the tank from being drawn into the dispensing system.

The FuelMaster 9000 L has an approximate length of 3.25 m, width of 2.45 m and height of 2.95 m. Kingspan lists the FM9000 as the 9,000-litre model within the FuelMaster range of stationary diesel storage and dispensing tanks.
